| 摘 要： | 长春市水利信息管理系统是以GIS为平台,从防汛抗旱工作的特点出发建立的长春市水利综合信息管理系统。系统将实现对属性数据和空间数据的有效管理,分析水利信息系统在防汛抗旱信息管理及指挥决策中的应用,为构建基于GIS技术平台的防汛抗旱信息管理及辅助指挥决策系统提供参考。
