| 摘 要： | 服务业跨国公司对母国就业的影响取决于对外直接投资之前母国企业的国际竞争力状况和对外直接投资之后对母国国内资本形成的影响两方面因素.服务业跨国公司可以创造或维持一部分母国就业,提高国内就业人员的熟练程度和技能水平,从而有助于国内就业结构的优化.

| Abstract: | The influence of multinational corporation's service business on domestic employment is decided by two factors: the state of world competitive power of the domestic enterprises before their direct foreign investment,and their impact on the domestic capital formation after the direct foreign investment.Part of domestic employment can be created and maintained by the multinational corporation's service business,which is helpful to the improvement of technical efficiency and proficiency of the domestic employees.Also it will lend itself to the optimization of the domestic employment structure. |
