摘    要:基于新型环形约束收缩抗裂测试装置,通过改变隔板形状(矩形、梯形)和尺寸(高度、厚度)进行隔板优选试验及有限元数值模拟.研究表明:隔板能够在试件环中引起应力集中,诱导试件环提早开裂,避免传统环形试验装置存在的试件环不开裂、慢开裂等缺点;选定了基于新型环形约束收缩抗裂测试装置的最佳隔板:形状为矩形、高度为50mm、厚度为2...

Abstract:Based on a new ring restrained shrinkage cracking resistant testing equipment,an optimal selection test of clapboard and a finite element numerical simulation were made by changing the shape(rectangle,trapezoidal) and the size(height,thickness) of clapboard.The study results reveal that the clapboard can cause stress concentration,and make specimen crack more early.Some obvious shortcomings available in traditional ring testing equipments,for example,non-cracking or cracking slowly,can be advoided.The optim...
