竹龄对生物质风电叶片复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:利用动态热机械分析仪检测3~7 a竹龄毛竹的常温存储模量值,用于确定最佳的风电叶片复合材料增强相,再按不同竹龄将毛竹制成竹青层积材,利用INSTRON 5582万能力学试验机对竹青层积材分别进行检测.试验结果表明,随着毛竹竹龄的增加,毛竹竹青试件的常温存储模量值也相应增加,即在常温条件下,毛竹竹青的刚性随毛竹竹龄的增加...

Abstract:In order to determine the optimal reinforcement phase of wind turbine blades composite material,the bamboos at 3-7 years were tested by a Q800 dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMA) instrument.The outer faces of bamboo board as the reinforcement of wind turbine blades composite materials were tested.The outer faces of bamboo board as laminated fabricated at different of ages were tested by INSTRON 5582.The results showed that the storage modulus of the outer layer of bamboo under air-temperature condition...
