基于单激光的玻璃测厚系统研究

摘    要:玻璃厚度是衡量玻璃制品质量的一项重要性能指标.为了测量玻璃厚度,研究了基于单激光的玻璃测厚装置.首先,根据光学原理仿真分析确定了激光的最佳入射角,通过CCD获取的光斑中心位置求取玻璃的实际厚度,并与使用游标卡尺的测量结果进行对比,发现单激光玻璃测厚的精度能达到0.01 mm,满足实际的检测要求.

Abstract:Thickness is an important performance index to measure the quality of glass products. In order to measure the thickness of the glass, this paper studies the glass thickness measurement device based on single laser. According to the principle of optical simulation analysis, the best angle of incident laser is determined. Then the actual thickness of the glass is calculated by the center position of laser spot which is acquired by CCD. Finally compared with the measured results, the precision of this method can be reached 0.01 mm. This can meet the requirement of the actual testing.
