简论高校德育工作的实效性

高校德育实效性是德育效益、德育效果和德育效率的统一。由于德育环境产生了新的变化、德育对象具有新的特征,德育队伍的力量不强,所以,造成了目前高校德育工作实效性不高的局面。要提高高校德育工作的实效性,必须优化德育环境,在深入了解德育对象的基础上增强德育工作的针对性,同时还要提高德育队伍素质,增强德育队伍的力量。

On the Effectiveness of Moral Education in Higher Learning Institutions

The effectiveness of moral education in higher learning institutions is the integrity of benefits,effects and efficiency.Due to the new changes of moral education condition,new features of moral education objects and the weakness of moral education personnel,the present effectiveness of moral education in higher learning institutions is not high.In order to raise the effectiveness of moral education in higher learning institutions,we must improve moral education condition,enhance correct aiming based on deep understanding of moral education objects, and at the same time upgrade the quality of moral education personnel and increase the power of moral education personnel.
