| Abstract: | The effect of C.N and B in the catalyst alloy on properties of syntheticdiamond has been investigated.The results show that C can reduce grain size ofdiamond and raise yield of per unit.proportion of integrated crystal shape.compressive strength and thermal stability of diamond.N and B can increasegrain size of diamond and reduce yield of per unit of diamond.and proportion ofintegrated crystal shape,raise compressive strength and thermal stability ofdiamond.The effect of B on the properties is bigger than that of N.the effect ofN is bigger than that of C. |
