| 摘 要： | 用以铝灰为原料所制得的4种Sialon复合粉分别替换铁沟料原配方中的部分细粉,研究Sialon复合粉对铁沟浇注料性能的影响.结果表明,将合成的Sialon复合粉体用于A12O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料,可以显著提高其110 ℃×24 h和1 450 ℃×3 h处理后的常温物理性能,使其1 450 ℃×0.5 h氧化后的常温抗折强度升高,但会使试样的高温抗折强度有所降低.
