| 摘 要： | 建立了广州市商品零售价格指数和宏观经济模型，并且选择了主要的商品价格指数和宏观经济指标，作为控制变量，建立确定商品零售价格指数目标下的优化模型，为物价局制定调控物价目标责任制提供了科学的依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we set up the macroeconomic models and the commodity retail price index by using the data of Guangzhou city.Chosing the main economic indexes as control variables, we also build an optimizing model under the objective of fixed commodity retail price index, it provides a scientific base for the price bureau to regulate the responsible systems for price controlling. |
