摘    要:从国外超市的优势及其引发的竞争入手,分析了太原市超市零售业发展的现状,在此基础上提出了扩大连锁规模,加强管理、合理规划,加快超市流通信息现代化建设、积极推进现代物流配送业的发展,进行差别化市场定位等对策.

Abstract:Starting from the advantages of the foreign supermarket and the competition caused by the foreign supermarket, this paper analyzes on the present situation of the development of Taiyuan supermarket retail trade, and based on this, puts forward some countermeasures such as expanding the chain scale, strengthening the management,making rational planning, speeding up the construction of the modernization of supermarket circulation information,promoting actively the development of the modem logistics trade, and making the differencial market positioning, etc.
