| 摘 要： | 为了节约成本，更换方便，降低事故率，选用国产标准轴承替代进口NF7214给煤机激振器易损备件－法兰盘轴承（系进口备件），将激振器系统部分组件进行了国产化设计改造。本文就该系统改造的选型分析，理论计算，设计方案，制造安装，试验运行等研制过程进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The quick-wear part of imported NF7214 feeder's activator,bearing of flange plate,is an imported spare part.In order to cut down the cost,replace conveniently and reduce accident ratio,it is determined that Chinese-made standard bearing will be substituted for the imported one. For this purpose some components of activator system must redesigned.This paper expounds the developing process including analysis of model selection,theoretical calculation,determination of design scheme,production and erection,test and operation,etc. |
