| 摘 要： | 在分析角度公差数值表和定向公差数值表的基础上 ,构造出与计算线性尺寸公差值相似的计算公式 ,并以表格的形式列出了与精度等级对应的公差等级系数值 .再结合装配尺寸链的基本理论 ,论述了在等精度原则下 ,按封闭环公差确定组成公差的分配方法 ,包含极值法和概率法两种情况 .针对线性尺寸公差、角度尺寸公差和定向公差三种不同类型 ,依次进行了讨论 ,并举了应用实例 .

| Abstract: | After the forms of angle tolerance and orientation tolerance have been analyzed, the tolerance formulas are built up and the grade factors are presented. Using the theory of assemble dimensional chain, two methods of extreme method and probability method are used to distribute the closing tolerance based on identical tolerance grade, in which line tolerance, angle tolerance and orientation tolerance are discussed in turn. |
