摘    要:H13钢自保护膏剂稀土硼碳氮共渗的工艺研究以及H13钢热挤压模具的工业应用试验研究解决了固体硼碳氮共渗需要装箱密封、渗剂使用量大、渗剂难以清理干净以及影响淬火组织、硬度均匀性等问题,模具热处理成本下降40%.

Abstract:Technology of self-protecting paste Re-B-C-N multi-elements penetrating and application research of H13 steel hot extrusion dies treated were studied.The problems of the technology of powder Re-B-C-N multi-elements penetrating,such as casing and sealing,high consumption of reagent and the difficuties in the cleaning process,the influence on the organization and the hardness of the dies and so on,could be solved basically.
