| 摘 要： | 文章试图探讨高等院校科研成果的生产力转化的几个问题,包括美国硅谷的产学研体制的形成过程,我国高校体制改革中某些基本思想方法的讨论,以及高等院校的知识升级、中介机构、横纵交叉点上的科研活动、奖励制度的改革等具体设想.文章并提出人才是高科技领域生产力第一要素的观点.
