摘 要: | IntroductionSince the multi- band excitation ( MBE) vocoderovercomes the limitations of the unvoice or voiceduality excitation in the linear- prediction coding( LPC) vocoder,it distinctly improves the timbreof synthesized speech.In the standard MBEalgorithm[1,2 ] ,the speech spectrum is divided intoa certain number of sub- bands according to thefrequency of the harmonics.For each sub- band,the spectrum amplitude Am is analyzed to judgewhether it belongs to voice or unvoice.In thedecoding p…
