| 摘 要： | 介绍了太钢150万t不锈钢炼钢工程在应用VAI SMART/ASTC技术方面取得的良好效果,探讨了辊缝及开口度测量技术的功能。该技术自应用以来,实现了辊缝测量全部自动化控制,且能安全、稳定、高效地运行,各项指标全部达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the good results obtained through the application of VAI SMART/ASTC technique in 150 tons stainless steel making engineering of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Complex,and probes into the functions of roll-gap and opening-degree measuring technique,the application of which realizes full automatic control of roll-gap measuring,operates safely,stably and high-effectively,and makes all indexes meet the demands of design. |
