中国东部沿海城市主要环境工程地质问题及防灾战略研究

本文论述了我国社会经济最发达的东部沿海城市在经济高速发展的同时，产生的主要环境工程地质问题──地震与水库地震、地面变形、地基失稳或失效、水资源短缺灾害、港工建设影响滨岸侵、沉变异和环境污染等，并对防灾减灾工作进行了战略性研究．

in the east China coastal cities in which social economy has fast developed,accompanied main environmental engineering geological problems are discussed,such as earthquakes and earthquakes induced by reservoirs,surface deformation,foundation losing steadyor effiacy,water resource shortage,harbor engineering influencing seashore intrusion anddeposition variation,pollution of the environment,etc,and strategic research works of preventing and redtlcing disasters are slso studied in this paper.
