| 摘 要： | 在对重庆市热处理产业废弃物的类型、特性、产生量及处理情况等进行大量调研的基础上,对其废弃物的危害特性及环境影响状况进行了分析,并针对重庆市热处理行业的生产现状和发展趋势,提出了其废弃物的处置对策是:加强政府有关部门的统筹规划和政策性指导,督促热处理生产企业对所产生的废弃物进行合理化、减量化和循环再生利用。

| Abstract: | The complexion of the industry rubbish's type,characteristic,quantity that let out by the heat treatment in Chongqing has been researched in the paper.Based on the research,the harm and influence on the circumstance have been analysed.At the same time,concerned with the actuality and development of heat treatment in Chongqing,the countermeasure that deals with the rubbish let out by heat treatment has been put forward.The government should strengthen the management and guidance for the enterprises.By the enterprises' practical work,we should rationalize the rubbish's treatment,reduce amount of the rubbish or reuse them finally. |
