多通管接头反向加压成型新工艺及其应用

摘    要:分析了在反向压力作用下的多通管接头反向加压橡胶胀形新工艺的成形方法、成形条件和成形过程,建立了胀形变形区的流动模型和速度图,用上限理论推导了求解成形力的近似计算公式,通过对比实验,研究了多通管接头橡胶胀形新工艺的成形能力和应用.

Abstract:The forming methods,conditions and process of the new bulge technology for the multi-center tube joint under reversed compressive force with polyuret hane rubber are analysed.The flow model and speed-chart of the bulge deformatio n are set up.The approximate formula of the forming force with the upper bound t heory is derivated.The forming ability and its application of the new rubber bul ge technology for the multi-center tube joint with polyurethane through relativ e experiment are studied.
