| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors analyzed features of newly established technological enterprises, and put forward suggestions of helping technological enterprises grow fast. Finally, the authors revealed features and growing regular of small enterprises, and expounded key points of management startup, growth of ability of startup, pain of enterprises＇ growing, resistance and management of growth. |
