煤制甲醇工艺分析及过程自动化解决方案

摘    要:发展煤制甲醇,以煤代替石油,是国家能源安全的需要,也是化学工业高速发展的需求。目前。煤制甲醇已成为甲醇生产的主要方式。本文较详细地介绍了煤制甲醇的自动化过程的控制方式以及甲醇合成的控制策略,指出了甲醇工艺的选择应依据适用性、可靠性、先进性、经济型和安全环保性的原则。

Abstract:Development of coal methanol and coal instead of oil are the needs of national energy security, which also the needs of rapid development of chemical industry. At present, coal-to-methanol has become main method of producing methanol. This paper was introduced control methods of automation process and control strategies of methanol synthesis, and was put forward that the choices of methanol technology should comply with the applicability of the principle of economy, advanced safety and environmental protection.
