| Abstract: | In this paper, the author introduced problems of restricting of coal enterprises economic growth. Reducing purchase cost was related to coal mine enterprises. From aspects of purchase system, flow, price regular and central bidding and pur- chasing, the author put forward specific methods of reducing purchase cost. |
