| 摘 要： | 日本平安时代的婚姻、家庭形态——“访妻婚”和“妻方居住婚”与当时的“摄关政治”有着密切联系。通过对日本史料以及相关文献的研究发现，当时的婚姻、家庭形态中所包含的“小孩的归属”问题、“近亲婚姻”问题和“正妻地位的确立”问题对“摄关政治”的确立、持续和衰亡起着决定性的作用。

| Abstract: | In the Pingang Age, ＂Visisting the Wife＂ and ＂Residing in the Wife＇s House＂, as the chief marriage and family patterns,were in close relation with ＂the Regency Politics＂.By analyzing Japanese historical materials and the relevant documents we discover that various issues involved in marriage and family patterns of that time, such as ＂affiliation of the children＂, ＂marriages between close relatives＂, the ＂assurance of the major wife＇s status＂, played a crucial role in the establishment,maintenance and decline of the ＂regency politics＂. |
