加入WTO与北京书业的发展

中国加入WTO，北京的书业将面临三方面挑战；市场国际化的挑战，市场新技术化及规范化的挑战和国内同行企业的挑战，为此，北京书业应在五方面作好迎战准备，一是了解国际市场规则，二是把握中国政府的开放节奏，三是迅速扩充实力；四是同寻找到恰当的市场定位，五是获得足够的资金和人才支持，并在两个层次上予以加强：一是加强在全国出版发行产焐的地位，主要从规模和影响力上予以提高，二是加强对WTO及世界书业新技术发展的研究，主要是调整战备重心和产品结构，准备迎接国际企业的竞争和挑战，对策的核心是增强综合实力和竞争力。

Development of Joining WTO and Book Industry in Beijing

As China is joining WTO,the book industry in Beijing is to be faced with challenges from three fields:market internationalization,standardized market with new technology and domestic enterprises of the same business.For this reason,the book industry in Beijing should be well prepared to meet the challenges in the following five aspects:1) finding out the rules in the international market,2) seizing the right time of China's opening to the outside world,3) strengthening its capabilities as quickly as possible, 4) regulating itself and finding the right place in the market,5) acquiring enough capital and qualified personnel,and improving its work in the following two points:1) raising its position in China's publishing line by expanding business scope and extending influence;2) studying the developing tendency of WTO and new technology in the international book industry by adjusting its strategic focus and structure of production to meet the competition and challenges from other international enterprises.The key issue is to strengthen the overall forces and competitive power.
