大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥墩顶现浇段分层浇筑

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS对大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥墩顶现浇段建立了实体模型。通过对不同梁高不同分层浇筑方案的对比分析,提出了该类型桥梁墩顶现浇段合理分层浇筑高度。另外,利用桥梁专业软件MIDAS/CIVIL建立了对应的平面杆系模型,并将其与实体模型对比。选取部分关键截面,归纳出这种特殊结构运用梁单元计算分析的近似换算系数公式。最后,以黑龙江省依兰松花江公路大桥为例,验证了分层浇筑高度确定的可行性及所归纳换算系数公式的合理性。

Abstract:A solid model about top-pier section of long-span PC continuous bridge was established by finite element software ANSYS. According to the comparative analysis of different poring programs, the rational layered height was proposed. In addition, A plane frame model was established by MIDAS/CIVIL. Compared with two models, An approximate conversion factor formula was summed up. Finally, the reasonable of pouring-height determining and conversion factor was demonstrated by an example of Yilan Highway Bridge in Heilongjiang Province.
