微型电推力器的研究与发展

摘    要:随着微型卫星技术的迅猛发展,为了满足微型卫星各种飞行姿态变化的任务要求,兼具功能性和高可靠性的微推进技术,特别是微型电推进技术已经成为微型卫星发展的迫切需求。近年来,自由分子流微电热推力器、射频电容耦合放电微推力器、微射频离子推力器、微腔放电推力器、场致发射电推力器、微胶体推力器和微波激励微等离子体推力器等微型电推力器研究势头良好,已完成工程样机研制,有望于若干年内实现空间应用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of micro satellite technology,the micro propulsion with high performance and high reliability is needed urgently,especially micro-electric propulsion technologies.Nearly years,a number of micro-electric propulsion technologies have been developed,such as free molecular micro-resistojet(FMMR),radio frequency capacitive coupling discharge micro-thruster,micro cavity discharge thruster(MCDT),micro radio Frequency Ion Thruster(RIT),Field Emission Electric Thruster(FEET),micro-colloid thruster and microwave excited micro-plasma thruster.The engineering prototypes have been developed for these micro propulsion technologies,and its will be available for space application in several years.
