猴腿蹄盖蕨化学成分研究

摘    要:将猴腿蹄盖蕨(Athyrium multidentatum)用无水乙醇浸泡提取,提取液浓缩后依次用正己烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,制得3种溶剂萃取物,其中正己烷萃取物对番茄霜霉病菌显示较强的抑菌活性;通过硅胶柱层析等分离方法对正己烷萃取物进行分离,得到5个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定它们的结构分别为:β-谷甾醇(1)、二十四碳酸(2)、己二酸(3)、绵马素BB(4)和α-菠甾醇(5),其中化合物2,3,4为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:The dried Athyrium multidentatum was concentrated with anhydrous ethanol.The solution were extracted by Hexane,EtOAc and n-Butanol,respectively.The Hexane extract showed strong antibacterial activity to Tomatoes downy mildew disease germs.As the results of chemical constituent analysis,five compounds β-sitosterol(1),tetracosanoic acid(2),adipid acid(3),aspidin-BB(4),and α-spinasterol(5) were isolated form the Hexane extract part by the methods of column chromatography and HPLC.The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of classical chemical methods and modern spectrometric approaches.And compounds 2,3,and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
