摘    要:本文从机械部件的设计安装、检测液位的光电转换电路和程序设计三个部分,提出了在按液位定时计量的单板机和单片机自动控制、检测容积泵流量以及发动机耗油量过程中,如何抑制影响系统可靠性的因素、事前提高系统各组成部分的固有可靠度和逐级清除不可靠隐患所采取的技术措施,稳定可靠地实现按液位定时计量的液流量检测自动化。

Abstract:A reliable system is set up with single board or chip microcomputer to control and detect liquid flow rate of positive displacement pump, engines and other machines automatically by liquid level timing and measure in three aspects consisting of mechanical parts design and installation, photo-electric circuit detecting liquid level and program design. Technical meas ures are adopted to restrain factors affecting system reliability.
