| 摘 要： | 在分析第三方物流企业生命周期各阶段特征的基础上，根据生命周期熵本质确认了第三方物流企业生命周期各阶段的熵变化，得出第三方物流企业在经过成熟阶段之后可以避免衰退灭亡，企业走上再成长的基本规律。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the characteristics of every stage of TPL＇life cycle and discusses every entropy change of stage according to entropy essence of life cycle.Then it gets a result that TPL enterprises can avoid declining and becoming extinct after ripe stage and the enterprise can return to growth again. |
