超声清洗设备输出变压器偏磁分析与控制

摘    要:从理论上推导了大功率超声波清洗设备输出变压器磁化过程和存在的偏磁现象,用磁化特性与励磁电流及磁通示意图,分析了产生偏磁的原因及主要因素,提出了几种抑制变压器偏磁的方法.结果表明,选用MnZn铁氧体磁芯材料、施加电路平衡及电气隔离等措施,可抑制偏磁问题,输出变压器励磁电流大幅降低,没有偏磁现象,其工作温度和工作性能稳定,且转换效率高达85%以上.

Abstract:The procedure of the magnetization and phenomenon of magnetic bias in output transformer of high-power ultrasonic cleaning equipment are derived theoretically,the main factors and the reasons of magnetic bias are analyzed by drawing a lot of diagrams including magnetization characteristic,exciting current and magnetic flux.Some methods to eliminate magnetic bias are proposed.Through choosing the MnZn ferrite core material,circuit balance and electrical isolation,the magnetic bias will be rejected,the results show that exciting current is greatly reduced and magnetic bias is vanished.Furthermore,the equipments have stable working temperature and performance.The conversion efficiency is higher than 85%.
