| 摘 要： | 运用菌丝融合法对从全国各地所采集分离的81个双核丝核菌菌株进行分群。结果表明,其中73个菌株分别归入八个菌丝融合群(ZCAG-1～ZCAG-8)。8个菌株不能归入以上任何一菌丝融合群。对各群的基本性质作了初步的比较。

| Abstract: | Hyphal fusion among 81 isolates of R.cerealis,or binucleate Rhizoctonia-Likefungi indicated that 73 isolates fell into one of 8 anastomosis groups(CAG),ZCAG-1 ZCAG-8 and 8 isolates were not assigned to any one of them.The effect oftemperatures on mycelial growth and colonial appearance were studied comparatively. |
