| 摘 要： | 随着新媒体时代的到来，高校校园自组织群体依托新媒体技术得到迅速发展，这赋予了高校校园文化建设以新内容、新形式，也给高校思想政治教育工作带来了新挑战、新机遇．通过分析新媒体环境下大学生自组织发展现状及特点，探索自组织管理的新思路，以提高自组织管理的实效性．
