| Abstract: | Kang Youwei made reforms in the nation in peril of military power with power, strong national defense economic strength is the guarantee of military power. From the joint-stock company, stop waste grain transportation, set up a bank line, mining, postal, local autonomy in the reform before the coup kang youwei＇s ideas of national defense economy do preliminary analysis. In late qing dynasty and the contemporary national defense economic development and achieve the Chinese dream of building a strong military has a certain significance. |
