| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法、相关分析法等研究方法对NBA选秀制度存在的问题进行研究．研究结果表明：NBA球员选秀位置与球员的效率值（PER）相关系数为-0．351，相关度不高；NBA球员的职业生涯受到沉没成本效应的影响；NBA选秀制度未能有效制止未进入季后赛的球队为获得较高选秀位置而故意输球的现象：NBA选秀制度的年龄条款（agerule）在促进球员从业余到职业的转变方面没有显著效果．反而对NBA和美国的大学篮球联赛的发展造成一定的负面影响．

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, logical analysis, related analysis to research on the existing problems about the system of selecting new talents in NBA. The results show that：the correlation coefficient between the draft number and the NBA player PER is -0.351 ;the length of the NBA player career has been affected by the sunk cost effects;NBA talent selection system cannot prevent the fact that NBA teams which are eliminated from the playoff intend to lose in order to secure higher draft choices; NBA age rule fails to achieve the NBA goal of protecting amateur players and it will make a negative effect on the NBA and America university basketball＇ development. |
