“地方文献保护计划”述论

为收集、整理、保护地方文献,突出文化的地方特色,在“中华古籍保护计划”和“民国时期文献保护计划”如火如荼进行之际,应该制订好“地方文献保护计划”,从文献普查、收集、建库、整理出版、宣传等方面制定保护方案,形成从中央到地方再到基层的纵向管理模式,进而全面推进整个中华民族文化典籍的保护工作.
