摘    要:研制出用于电子铝箔化成大功率晶闸管直流电源的TMs320F2812数字触发控制器.研究了电网频率跟踪和相序自适应实现方法和步骤.详细介绍了控制器的硬件和软件设计.实现了晶闸管触发脉冲的形成和移相控制的完全数字化.仿真和实验结果证明所提出的设计方法是有效的.该触发控制器触发精度高,具有硬件简单、可靠性高等特点.

Abstract:This paper developed a digital trigger controller for high power thyristor DC power for electronic aluminum formed foil. It used high performance digital signal processor (I)SP)TMS320F2812 chip as the control center, achieved key functions such as digital shift phase trigger pulse,power grid frequency tracking and phase sequence adaptive. The hardware and software design of the controller is investigated in details. The exper/mental re suit indicated that the controller had good performance due to simple hardware and high reliability.
