节能研究现状与进展

随着全球受到的环境和资源约束越来越大，节能的观念已经深入人心，并且得到了广泛的认同和深入的发展，与此同时，节能政策与措施也得到了广泛的应用．笔者重点总结了节能的发展现状和研究进展，通过对国内外文献的分析，得出：节能思想经历了三个发展阶段；节能研究集中于节能法律政策、节能领域、节能指标体系、节能管理新机制等几方面；节能目标的制定、宏观政策、经济方式的转变和市场机制等影响节能的实现以及目前人们采取的节能措施．

THE PRESENT SITUATION AND THE PROCESS OF STUDIES ON THE ENERGY SAVING

With the global environmental and resource constraints by increasing the energy-saving concept has gained wide recognition and in-depth development at the same time, the energy-saving policies and measures have also been widely used. This article summarizes the energy-efficient development status and progress through the analysis of the literature. It obtained that energy conservation thinking has gone through three stages of development, and energy-saving research is focused on the energy of legal policy, energy saving, energy-saving index system, energy saving and management of the new the realization of the mechanisms and aspects. The formulation of energy- saving targets and macroeconomic policies change the way of economic and market mechanisms such as energy- saving and people to adopt energy-saving measures.
