锰氧化还原菌Exiguobacterium sp·MB4酶学特性研究

摘    要:对锰氧化还原菌Exiguobacterium sp·MB4的酶学特性进行了研究。研究结果表明菌种Exig-uobacterium sp·MB4具有较强的胞外酶锰氧化还原活性。在20~25℃,pH中性偏碱条件下菌株均表现出较强的酶活力。最大反应速度为6.13mg·mL-1.min-1,米氏常数KM为155.8mg·mL-1。Fe2+、Al3+、Mg2+、Cu2+和Zn2+对锰氧化还原菌酶活力具有促进作用,Hg2+明显抑制菌株Exiguobacteriumsp.MB4的酶活力。

Abstract:Enzyme characteristics of manganese redox bacteria were investigated.The result showed that manganese redox bacteria,Exiguobacterium sp·MB4,has strong exoenzymes activity.The optimum temperture of enzyme activity was 20~25 ℃ and the optimum range of pH value was 7~8.The K_M and V_m were 155.8 mg·L~(-1) and 6.13 mg·L~(-1)·min~(-1),respectively.Fe~(2+),Al~(3+),Cu~(2+),Zn~(2+) and Mg~(2+) take as a catalytic role on manganese oxidoreductase,while Hg~(2+) inhibiting enzyme activity significantly.
