日本大耳白兔、新西兰白兔的遗传分化研究

摘    要:应用平均基因杂合度,平均基因纯合度,等位基因有效数,基因均质度,Lewontin的Shannon信息测度,对日本大耳白兔,新西兰兔两个群体存在的血液蛋白位点的基因频率进行遗传分析,研究表明:日本大耳白兔的基因杂合度,等位基因有效指标和Shannon信息测度值高于新西兰白兔,新西兰兔的均质度高于日本大耳白兔。

Abstract:The genetic variances were analyzed by the gene frequencies of 7 blood protein loci Japanese rabbit and New Zealand white rabbit with average heterozygosity,average gene homogeneity,effective number of alleles per locus,homogeneous index and Shannon information measurement.The results indicated: gene heterozygosity of Japanese rabbit was higher than that of New Zealand white rabbits,effective number of alleles per locus of New Zealand rabbit was lower than Japanese rabbit's, homogeneous index of New Zealand rabbit was higher than Janpanse rabbit's Shannon information measurement of Japanese rabbit was higher than New Zealand rabbit's.
