摘    要:介绍在不同的运行工况下,利用特制的光偶探头测得流化床内浸入水平骨束之管间距和管径的变化对气泡特性的影响,实验中所用粒子为空心刚玉球(Al_2O_3)。管束采用叉排的方式,间距分别为40,64,80,120(mm);管径分别为32,51,60(mm)。利用本实验回归出的粒子贴壁时间和气泡贴壁时间分率的经验关联式的计算值与实验值进行比较得出,该经验关联式较准确地描述了气泡的分布特性,用之解释了流化床内水平埋管管束换热糸数随间距变化的规律。

Abstract:The tests have been conducted to study the effects of bubble behavior with vary pitches of immersed horizontal tube arrays using the special light-diol probe, within the operating conditions of the fluidized bed. The particle is hollow-Corundum-sphereparticle(Al_2O_3). The pitches of tubearrays is 40, 64, 80, 120(mm). The dia meter of tube is 32, 51, 60(mm). Comparing the calculating data on mean residence time of the bed particles and the mean bubble fraction in coutact with the tube surface of dimensionless group for mulas with experimental data. it is found that this dimensionless group formulas has described bubble behavior more exactly, then explained the variation of heat transfer coefficients with vary pitches of tube arrays in the fluidized bed.
