中国区域创新能力的空间计量经济研究

通过构建区域创新环境指标体系，并运用空间计量模型，对2004-2007年我国区域创新能力及其影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明：我国区域创新能力的空间依赖性逐步增强，空间集聚现象明显；研发投入、累积知识存量、市场化程度对区域创新能力促进作用显著；人力资本、知识流动能力对区域创新能力的推动作用不明显；金融规模对区域创新能力促进作用的发挥有一定的滞后期，而对外开放在当期对区域创新能力有显著的负面影响。

Spatial Econometric Analysis of China's Regional Innovation Capability

By constructing regional innovation environment indicators and spatial econometric models on the panel-data of the year from 2004 to 2007, this paper empirically investigates China＇s regional innovation capability and its influence factors. The results show that ： the spatial dependence of regional innovation capability gradually increases, and the spatial agglomeration phenomenon is distinct. R＆D inputs, the stock of accumulated knowledge and degree of marketization play significantly positive roles to regional innovation capability ; human capital and the active level of technology exchange have unobvious effects in promoting regional innovation capacity ; financial scale needs a certain lag period to elevate regional innovation capability ,while the degree of opening-up currently has a significant negative impact on regional innovation capacity.
