摘    要:高新科技园区竞争力评价指标体系构建以创新能力、经济实力、集群竞争力和区域支撑能力4个方面为一级指标,创新投入、创新产出、经济发展、经济辐射、产业集中度、产业聚合度、基础设施完善、区域文化、政府支持为二级指标,另有30多个三级指标,采用层次分析法确定各指标的组成权重,并对指标进行平滑处理。根据指标的赋值,用线性加权方法计算指标体系的综合值。

Abstract:For the competitiveness evaluation index system of hi-tech park ,first-class indexes on such four aspects as innovation ability, economic strength, cluster competitiveness and regional support ability, second-class indexes including innovation investment, innovation output, economic development, economic radiation, industrial concentration, industrial polymerization, infrastructure improvement, regional culture, and governmental support, and more than 30 third-class indexes are constructed. The analytic hierarchy process is adopted to determine the composition weight of each index, and smooth processing of the indexes is also carried out. According to the assignment of the indexes, besides,the linear weighted method is applied to calculate the integrated value of the system.
