运动教育模式对高职学生心理健康影响的教学实验研究

摘    要:结合高职院校的篮球课教学,通过教学实验研究了运动教育模式对高职学生心理健康的影响,结果表明:实验班实验后与实验前心理健康的总均分及躯体、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子有显著性差异.实验班学生实验后与实验前相比,应付解决问题的方式及自责、求助因子得到显著改善,学生状态焦虑显著降低,自我效能感显著提高.运动模式的实施对高职学生心理健康水平的提高有一定的促进作用.

Abstract:Combing basketball teaching in vocational college,the sport education patter influencing students phychological health was studied by teaching experiment.Results showed:before experiment and affer,the students of experimental class had significant differences in the general value of psychological health,body and treating interpersonal relation,depression,anxiety and hostility factors had also significant differences.Affer experiment,students’ coping ability of solving problems,factors of oneself blaming and recourse were raised,state anxiety were decreased significantly,and self-efficacy were increased.It indicated that sports education patter can enchance level of students psychological health in higher vocational colleges.
