| 摘 要： | 本文对１２ 例胸骨后甲状腺肿的病例进行了分析总结，认为胸骨后甲状腺肿绝大多数是由颈部甲状腺肿大坠入纵隔所致。本病患者多为５０岁左右的女性，病程较长，重要症状是胸闷、呼吸困难和喘鸣。Ｘ线胸片及ＣＴ检查是常用的诊断手段，外科手术是首选治疗方法

| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis and summarization on 12 cases of goiter behind sternum holding that most of goiter behind sternum are caused by the poke droping into the mediastinum.This disease frequently occurs among the patients in fifties most of which are women.The course of this disease is longer.Its main symptoms are choking sensation in chest,expiratory dyspnea and stridor.The common diagnostic methods are X-rayogram in chest and CT.Surgical operation is the first selection among its therapentic methods. |
