孔壁变形及不耦合缓冲作用

摘    要:本文根据理论分析,给出孔壁压力的计算方法、认为孔壁压力随时间的变化规律可以用指数函数来表示。比较耦合装药与不耦合装药情况下的孔壁压力,进一步证明了不耦合的缓冲作用。不耦合装药的缓冲作册随不耦合系数的增大而增大。在光面爆破工程中,装药量的计算可以把孔壁作为刚体考虑;炮孔堵塞的运动规律可以按一维问题处理。

Abstract:According to theoretical analysis, the computing methods of pressure on drilling wall are given in the paper. It is considered that change rules of the pressure on the wall with time can be expressed by the exponential function. Comparing the pressure of coupling charge with that of decoupling charge, the cushion effect of decoupling charge increased with increasing of decoupling coefficients is further proved. In smooth blasting engineering the drill wall can be considered as rigid body in charge calculation. The moving rules of the stemming of blasting hole can be dealt with as one dimensional problem.
