单片机仿人智能控制电液伺服系统

摘    要:PID(比例积分和微分)控制很难使具有本质非线性和时变特性的电液伺服系统达到较高的控制性能,仿人智能控制则是在PID控制原理基础上,结合人对运动物体的控制经验而进行控制一种智能控制方法,这种控制方法可以避免一般PID控制中存在的快速性,稳定性和高精度控制作用的相互抵制,能够有铲地按人的意志对系统实施连续的三段控制;加速起动,超调制动和稳定消差,实验证实了仿人智能电液伺服的优越性。

Abstract:PID control method is difficult to control electrohydraulic servo systems,which possess natural nonlinearity and time varing properties, to get good perfor-mance. But the human intelligence simulating control, based on PID,is a kind ofintelligent control, which simulates human intelligent activities when one controlsthe moving objects. This control method will not make destructive interferenceamong the rapid, steady and accurate response characteristics, but the traditionalPID will. The human being intelligence simulating control can make the systembehave well according to man's will in three stages: accelerating at starting, brak-ing when overshooting and eliminating error away when steadying. Experimentsproved the outstanding performances of human intelligence simulating control.
