Study on the University Intellectual Property on Process Management of Science and Technology program

Scientific and technological achievements are important source of university intellectual property.This paper analisies the problem of the intellectual property protection on project application,contract signning,project research,project acceptance and achievements promotion,and raises some suggestions to improve management of intellectual property protection of science and technology program.
