| 摘 要： | 创新是充满不确定性的复杂系统过程。不确定性导致了科技创新的高风险性,从而使得创新活动缺乏动力。综合分析了科技创新面临的不确定性,探究了通过科技中介服务的集成化来降低不确定性的作用机理,并提出科技中介服务集成化的实施战略。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the complex and systematic process with uncertainty.The uncertainty brings about the high risk and power shortage of scientific and technical innovation activities.This paper analyzes uncertainty in the process of scientific,and explores the mechanism of reducing the uncertainty of innovation by integrated services of scientific and technical intermediary,and gives some strategies of integrated services of scientific and technical intermediary. |
