团队即兴能力与创新绩效的关系研究

摘    要:即兴能力正成为管理领域的一个新兴研究方向,以往关于即兴能力与创新绩效的研究侧重于个人和组织层次。通过理论研究,从团队层次探讨了即兴能力对创新绩效的关系,认为团队即兴能力与团队创新绩效具有正相关性,其中团队即兴能力的自发性与团队创新绩效呈正相关,团队即兴能力的创造性与团队创新绩效呈正相关。研究结果为团队即兴能力理论和管理实践提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Improvisation is an emerging issue in management.The prior researches of the relationship between team improvisation and innovation performance mainly focus on individual or organization level.According to the theoretical analysis,this paper discussed the relationship between team improvisation and innovation performance at team level,and found that team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance.Specifically,spontaneity of team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance;creativity of team improvisation has a positive influence on team innovation performance.The results provide team improvisation theory and management practice with new ideas.
