| 摘 要： | 在对高技术企业智力资本结构进行剖析的基础上,把高技术企业智力资本分为人力资本、结构资本和关系资本,建立了高技术企业智力资本结构概念模型,揭示了结构要素之间相互作用的影响机理,并进行规范的实证研究。实证研究结果表明:人力资本对结构资本和关系资本产生显著的正效应,而关系资本对结构资本产生显著的正效应。

| Abstract: | According to analysis of intellectual capital in high-tech enterprises,the intellectual capital is divided into human capital and structural capital and relational capital.Then the conceptual model of intellectual capital structure is established and the mechanism of interaction between structural elements is revealed.Finally the empirical research is made.The empirical results show that human capital has a significant positive effect on structural capital and relational capital,and relational capital has a significant positive effect on structural. |
